WELDING ELECTRODES AND CONSUMABLES

The Company is engaged in the business of welding electrodes and welding consumables. The Company offers a range of welding electrodes, such asmild steel electrode, low hydrogen electrode,carbon electrodes, submerged arc welding flux and wires etc.

MILD STEEL ELECTRODES

A medium heavy coated rutile type, mild steel electrode depositing Radiographic weld metal. The unique features are, least spatter, self peeling slag, excellent weld finish with easy striking and restriking.

LOW HYDROGEN ELECTRODE

Basic heavy coated all position Ni-alloyed, low hydrogen electrode. Specially designed for high impact values at sub-zero temperatures. Deposition efficiency is approximately 120 %.

WELDING WIRES

Our Stainless Steel Welding Wires are suitable for Stainless Steel Welding and Cryogenic applications. We manufacture wires in Bright finish for MIG & Powder finish for Core wire, which provide better flux adhesion and corrosion resistance.

CARBON ELECTRODES

The position, rutile type, thin coated, general purpose mild steel electrode depositing smooth welds of radiographic quality having good mechanical properties. This is an ideal electrode for all types of fabrications and general engineering works.

STAINLESS STEEL ELECTRODES

It is a positional radiographic quality 19/10 Stainless Steel Electrode with controlled ferrite content for maximum resistance to corrosion and cracking. Weld metal has excellent creep strength & resistance to inter-crystalline corrosion.
